EMPTY-COLLECT PRIVACY POLICY
1 Universal, area of application
The below regulated general terms and conditions for Empty-Collect are exclusively. Regulations to the contrary
or different terms won't be accepted by Empty-Collect.
All arrangements between Empty-Collect and the client in connection with an offer or contract have to be put in writing.
These terms and conditions apply only to companys and legal persons.
These terms and conditions apply for all upcoming business relations. All terms mentioned on this website that are
known to be trademarks or service marks are registered trademarks by their owner. All trademarks are only listed
to indicate compatibility.
2 Offer / Completion of the contract.
Offers from Empty-Collect are without engagement and not binding. The acceptance and the order need to
effectiveness the confirmation by letter, fax or email.
3 Delivery - and achievement time / Delay of delivery / Acceptance delay.
Delivery dates are only binding after written confirmation from Empty-Collect.
4 Prices
Damaged and not transportable Module in larger quantities (over 30 kg) against calculation of Euro 1,64 per kg at the owner's expense disposes of.
5 Danger crossing
By request of the client we will conclude a transport assurance at the expenses of the client.
6 Guarantee / Results of defective delivery
If the purchased object is demaged or polluted Empty-Collect is not bound to compensate
the delivered purchased objects.
7 Liability
Claims for damages of the client versus Empty-Collect, no matter what legal ground,
exist only with intention and coarse carelessness.
8 Legal venue / Place of fulfilment / Applicable right
Legal venue and place of fulfilment for everything from and/or in connection with this
contract to reasonable rights and duties as well as in future incoming discussions between
the parties to a contract is - as far as the contracting partner is a businessman or legal
entity of the public right - Gronau (Westf). Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany
is accepted. The Un purchase right is barred.
9 Severability clause
If any term of these terms and conditions is determined to be unlawful,
invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the
remaining terms shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. If the ineffectualness
is based on bad effort or time regulation, the legally certain measure steps to the
place of the ineffective regulation.
